FAQs QDo you have a shop that I can bring my car to? AWe are completely mobile. Our goal is to be as convenient as possible for our customers. We have a shop but its set up to house our work vans and tools. QAre your mechanics ASE Certified? AYes. There are different certifications provided by ASE but we are certified on the systems that we work on. QWhat parts of the car do you work on? AWe can work on most parts of your car. We provide small maintenance services like batterys to larger issues like timing belts. Body work is really the only service we wont provide. QDo you have any warranty for your work? AWe have a 12 month 12,000 mile warranty that is nationwide. If you have any issues just give us a call and we will take care of it. QWhat forms of payment do you take? AWe take Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express. We also take good old fashion cash and checks. QCan I provide my own parts? ANo, unfortunately we have to provide any parts that we install. We wouldn’t be able to provide a warranty if the customer provided the parts. QIs there a service charge for coming to look at a car? AWe don’t charge service charges but we do have a minimum for coming out, $110. If we perform any work to the car we will only charge for the parts and labor for that service. If you decide you don’t want the work performed it’s just $110 for the evaluation. QWhy are your oil changes so expensive? ASome shops treat oil changes as a loss leader, meaning that they want to get you in the door to sell you products. We just want you to have a car that is safe and reliable. If you need something we will let you know. If you don’t we won’t suggest it. We charge for the actual amount of time it takes to replace your oil. We do have a minimum charge for coming out, so if the oil change is the only service you want done it will cost a little extra. QDo you repair flats or replace tires? AUnfortunately we do not do either. We can install spare tires, but we cannot dismount tires from their rims. Didn’t find an answer to your question? Just ask us! We will have one of our ASA Certified mechanics review your question and get back to you with a solution.
